Warranty Information

ALL products sold by CS PRO have a 15 day Money Back Guarantee. SYSTEMS, must be returned in a 'complete' and 'as-new' condition.
ALL COLLOIDAL SILVER SYSTEMS, 'manufactured by CS PRO Systems', come with a One Year Warranty against manufacturers defects, on all 'equipment components', excepting electrodes, or other 'single use' and 'expendable' components.
All of our systems are individually assembled and tested. They are sold as 'custom devices' and, as such, do not have UL, CE, or any other type of certification.
All 'other' products sold by CS PRO are subject to the individual 'manufacturers warranties'.
Any 'Refund Amount' will be commensurate with the condition of the product when received by CS PRO.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all 'Refund Returns'.
Deductions will be made for any 'used' items. Electrodes are not refundable if used.
'Initial Shipping Charges' will not be refunded (except by 'special arrangement' with CS PRO, depending on 'circumstances').
No products will be returned for 'refund', or 'warranty repair', without an 'RMA' (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, issued by CS PRO. Items returned without an RMA # clearly written on the package will be 'Refused Delivery', unless prior (other) arrangements have been made.
Any product shipped to CS PRO for 'Refund Return', 'Warranty Repair', or 'Repair' MUST be 'properly packed' and INSURED for 'Full Value' by sender. CS PRO will not be responsible for any 'uninsured damage' occuring during shipment to 'us'. Packages recieved in an 'Obviously Damaged Condition' will be returned to shipper as 'Refused Delivery'. Collection of any damage incurred during shipment to CS PRO (or back) will be the sole responsibility of the 'Shipper'.

We make no 'Claims' or 'Guarantees' (other than for the 'quality' / 'content' of our product), which has a 'proven' track record spanning over 15 years.

CS PRO will 'bend over backwards' to resolve any problem. To date, our record is 'exemplary', and we want to keep it that way.
